Business valuation Soon

I passed the NACVA Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) proctored exam in May 2026 and now hold the interim Candidate-CVA designation. The final step is a sanitized client valuation report. Independent valuations for buy/sell transactions, gift and estate planning, and litigation support open up once the full credential is in hand — reach out if you'd like to be on the early list.

I limit the number of clients and engagements I take on each year. That way, every client gets my full attention — from kickoff through delivery, with no handoffs in between.

Master of Accounting from the University of Georgia. A decade in public accounting across tax, advisory, and financial planning for founders and operators.

I started my firm to do accounting, advisory, and forensic work the way I think it should be done — directly, with good tools, and with a client roster small enough that no one gets passed around.

I also lead Barmore CPA LLC, my audit and attest firm. When a client needs an independent audit, review, or compilation, that work runs through the audit practice — so I can cover the full range without compromising independence.
